Needing to loose alittle weight and get stronger💪 I can definitely help you! I will work with you one on one and help you in reaching your fitness goals! I know how hard it is to make yourself go to the gym. The hardest part is just getting started. Once you commit, I promise you won't regret it. I take pride in my health, and so should you!
I currently offer 4 week training plans, which will change every 4 weeks. This plan comes with a week of workouts, which will include video demonstrations along with recommended reps/sets. This will be sent to you by text msg or email whichever works best for you. The first week of training, I will meet with you and guide you through the entire week of workouts. This way your comfortable and know how to perform each exercise correctly. Then for the next 3 weeks, you'll be doing them on your own. I will be there with you every step of the way. I'm here to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. If you're interested or have any questions please send me a msg😊

Happy Memorial Day!! Don't forget to get in a quick workout. Your workouts don't have to be super intense inorder to see results. Going for short 20-30 min jog is better than nothing. This will not only help you physically, but mentally as well. I promise your body and mind will thank you later.
Enjoy time with family and friends today, but let's not forget the true meaning of Memorial Day💙💙💙
