Needing to loose alittle weight and get stronger💪 I can definitely help you! I will work with you one on one and help you in reaching your fitness goals! I know how hard it is to make yourself go to the gym. The hardest part is just getting started. Once you commit, I promise you won't regret it. I take pride in my health, and so should you!
I currently offer 4 week training plans, which will change every 4 weeks. This plan comes with a week of workouts, which will include video demonstrations along with recommended reps/sets. This will be sent to you by text msg or email whichever works best for you. The first week of training, I will meet with you and guide you through the entire week of workouts. This way your comfortable and know how to perform each exercise correctly. Then for the next 3 weeks, you'll be doing them on your own. I will be there with you every step of the way.
