🧑‍💻 Why do you like Healthcare HR?
I think supporting employees who dedicate their lives to caring for others is incredibly rewarding. The work I do in hiring, onboarding, and retention directly impacts patient outcomes. I truly enjoy supporting nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and the support staff who influence the quality of patient care every single day!

💚 What's the best part about your job?
Healthcare can be fast-paced and sometimes chaotic, but that’s part of what makes it meaningful. I love working with people and being in a position where I can genuinely support them.

🩺 What's one thing you hope all employees know about me?
I want our employees to understand that I don’t judge and that I always come from a place of fairness and support. Sometimes my job involves hard discussions, but it's about addressing the situation and finding solutions together.
