We asked our providers to share their best tips for aging well.

👩‍⚕️ From Lisa Conniff, PA-C:

✔️ Regular Checkups: Schedule regular health checkups with your primary care provider to monitor and manage chronic conditions, stay up to date on vaccinations, and schedule health screenings such as mammograms and colonoscopies.

✔️ Medication Management: Discuss medications with your healthcare provider to ensure you understand what the medications are being prescribed for and how to take them.
