“I thoroughly enjoyed my hypnosis session with Irene.
I am a medical doctor and have been trained in the western medical tradition. As such, this type of energy healing and hypnosis work is not something that I have ever experienced before. Despite years of traditional counseling and medications to deal with an ongoing traumatic family situation, I have continued to have intrusive thoughts and flashbacks, questions of "why me," and feelings of betrayal and victimization. As we step into 2026, it feels natural to pause and reflect on what we’ve moved through, what we’ve learned, and how we’ve grown.

For me 2025 was a year of resilience, learning, healing, and deep gratitude.

One of the biggest challenges came early in the year, when our home survived the Eaton Fire on January 7, 2025. What followed were smoke, ash, and soot remediation, along with completely rebuilding our front and backyards. Once everything was complete, I was able to reopen my home and welcome clients back into my healing space, something I truly don’t take for granted.

Throughout 2025, I continued to deepen my knowledge and refine my healing work. I also received another professional certification, reinforcing my commitment to continuous learning and mastering the healing techniques I offer.

One of the greatest rewards has been witnessing the positive transformations my clients experience during our sessions. Seeing healing unfold and hearing how lives are shifting continues to affirm my purpose and the impact of this work.

Travel played a meaningful role last year as well. I had the opportunity to visit ancient and energetically powerful sites in Peru, Bolivia, Easter Island, Sedona. Each journey was unforgettable, allowing me to energetically connect with sacred lands and expand my understanding of consciousness and healing.

And above all, nothing compares to time spent with family, especially the joy of being present, playing, and laughing with my granddaughter.

Now, as 2026 begins, my intentions are clear:
* Create an even greater impact in people's lives
* Guide and empower people to live with purpose
* Continue learning, growing, and expanding my skills
* Travel for growth and inspiration
* Spend even more meaningful time with family

The similarities between Rapa Nui and Peru are impossible to ignore.
At Vinapu on Easter Island, a small, precisely fitted stone is tucked between massive blocks, the same technique I’ve seen in Cusco, Sacsayhuamán, and Sillustani.
Different worlds, different materials, yet the same engineering logic: when larger stones don’t align perfectly, a smaller stone is carved to lock and stabilize the wall.

It makes you wonder: Who first mastered this? How old is this knowledge? And how did the same method appear thousands of miles apart?

My long-time dream came true when I visited Easter Island, a remote South Pacific island famous for its mysterious Moai statues, massive stone figures created centuries ago, whose construction and purpose still baffle the world!

Another place where I felt a strong energy in Peru was the large red-stone mountain beside the Pukara Archaeological Site in Puno, often called Cerro Pukara. It’s believed to have guarded the ancient settlement and to hold masculine, grounding energy. For the Pukara culture, this mountain served as a natural sanctuary, offering protection, powerful acoustics, and a symbolic connection to the sky and upper worlds.

The most powerful energetic place I felt in Peru was Aramu Muru, the legendary “Portal of the Gods”. It’s a massive stone doorway carved into a cliff near Lake Titicaca. No one knows who built it or why, but this massive stone doorway has mysterious origins and unmistakable energy.

Mind-blowing stonework connection between Cusco and Sillustani!
Everyone knows the famous 12-Angled Stone in Hatunrumiyoc street, Cusco.
But look at another block I photographed at the Sillustani chullpas near Lake Titicaca (about 250 miles away!).
Count the sides… yep, exactly TWELVE angles again, fitted with insane precision into the wall.
Same signature polygonal style, same mind-bending joints, same “how did they do this without modern tools”.

In Peru, I visited Sacsayhuamán, the ancient fortress overlooking Cusco. It’s famous for its giant zig-zag walls made of enormous stones, some weighing over 100 tons. The stones are carved with such precision that they fit together without mortar, not even a sheet of paper can slide between them. How whoever was building is transported and lifted such massive blocks remains a mystery.

I also noticed that the energy felt distinctly different in various sections of the wall.

I visited one of the most impressive structures the Temple of the Sun, perched high above Ollantaytambo (Peru) on a series of massive terraces. The temple is built from huge pink porphyry blocks, each weighing dozens of tons, perfectly fitted together without mortar. Even more astonishing, these stones were quarried on the opposite side of the valley and somehow transported across the river and up the mountain, a feat that remains a mystery today.

The temple is believed to have been a ceremonial and astronomical center, aligned with major solar events such as the solstices. The precision of the stonework, the untouched corners, and the unfinished monoliths hint at a sacred project interrupted during the Spanish invasion.

Standing there, you can feel the power, alignment, and engineering genius of the people who built it.
The energy is so strong it could lift you off the ground.

I flew over the Nazca Lines. An absolutely surreal experience.

These ancient geoglyphs remained mostly unknown until the 20th century, when German researcher María Reiche dedicated her life to studying and protecting them. She spent decades cleaning and outlining the figures by hand so they would be recognized, preserved, and eventually protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Thanks to her work, we can still admire these incredible creations today. Seeing them from the air was unforgettable.
