When telling my story of how I got into healthy nutrition and wellness I always start with “in 2018 I had a car accident that lead to me gaining a lot of weight, going from 120lb to 187lb in a span of only a few months....”

But I want to talk about myself at 120lb.

To say the least, I wasn’t healthy. At all.
I easily drank 10 cups of coffee a day at a minimum.
I had maybe one meal a day.
I didn’t sleep a lot.
I had low energy.
If my shirt was too tight you could see my ribs.
To say the least...
YES, I was skinny, which was considered to be a good thing.
NO, I wasn’t healthy.

I am still on my weight loss journey and have more work to do on myself, but you know what?

I AM HEALTHY!
I have so much more energy!

Please don’t think just because someone is skinny that they are healthy, same way when you see someone with a little more weight on, that they are unhealthy.
