Honored to serve on a surgical mission trip in Kampot, Cambodia.

Last week was filled with life-changing procedures, grateful patients, and reminder of why we choose medicine in the first place. The resilience, kindness, and strength of this community is something I will carry with me forever.

Providing care where it’s needed most is not just about the surgery. It’s about connection, compassion, and hope.

How safe and effective is blepharoplasty?

The results of eyelid surgery will be long-lasting. While there usually is little pain involved in this surgery, there can be swelling or bruising. Most patients are presentable to the public in 10-14 days. However, it may take a few months before the final healing is completed.
