Healing does not always happen through big changes. Sometimes healing looks like slowing down and giving yourself what you need today.

Healing can look like:

• Sitting with a warm cup of tea
• Journaling your thoughts
• Taking a mindful walk in nature
• Meditating for a few minutes
• Resting without guilt
• Giving yourself space to breathe

Small moments matter. The little things you do for yourself each day can support your healing journey.

Ok my lovelies, I need to talk about Sun square Jupiter real quick because I see so many people getting this one wrong ☀️
This transit hits on April 5 and trust me you want to be prepared.

Here is the thing. When people see Jupiter involved in a transit they immediately think abundance, expansion, green lights everywhere. And I get it, Jupiter is the planet of growth and good fortune so that makes total sense.
But this is a SQUARE and that changes the whole story.

A square in astrology means tension. It means two planetary energies are pulling against each other instead of working together. So what Sun square Jupiter actually gives you is confidence that can tip into arrogance, big ideas that can turn into way too many commitments, and opportunities that look incredible on the surface but need a serious second look before you say yes.

Basically Jupiter turns up the volume on everything and your job is to not blow the speakers.
