Recent headlines have revived harmful myths about autism, but at PCDA our focus is different. Guided by trusted science-backed organizations, evidence-based practice, and autistic self-advocates, we know autism is not something to cure — it is a way of being human.

Our work is about creating communities of belonging and ensuring that autistic children, teens, and young adults have the supports they need to thrive. Every young person deserves respect, opportunities, and a future where they feel secure and valued. 💛

At PCDA, we choose inclusion, understanding, and love. Join us in building a community where every child and family belongs. 🤝

Big news at PCDA! After months of thoughtful input from staff, client families, donors, and partners, our Strategic Plan was officially adopted by our Board in July.

This plan gives us clear direction for the years ahead, rooted in three powerful focus areas:
⭐ Financial Sustainability
⭐ Community Building
⭐ Clinical Excellence

Our vision is bold-but it's also grounded in the everyday work of care, connection, and community. We're grateful to everyone who helped shape this plan, and we're excited to share what's next!
