Lately, it seems the work of Carl Jung has become populizarized through the podcast "this jungian life." Each episode analyzes archetypes, dreams, and real-life scenarios by a panel of Jungian psychologists.

As it turns out, Jung was in support of hypnotherapy as a tool to guide us towards discovering our inner experiences. However, rather than merely using hypnosis for making positive suggestions to the subconscious, he believed it could be a doorway to INTEGRATE the shadow. Doing so would require an active intention to develop our self-awareness. Increasing self-awareness IS just one of the possibilities of hypnomassage and hypnotherapy.

Oftentimes, clients will come in to address a specific area of concern, a condition, or even an emotion that's trapped in the tissues of the body. While I often recommend 4 packs of sessions for folks who anticipate returning, I also recognize that for some, the movement occurs in 2 or 3 sessions. Or perhaps, financially, a 4-pack isn't feasible at the moment. For clients who would like to do 'follow-up visits' within 3 weeks of an 'initial' (90 min) appointment, Body Drift is here to support you!

Follow-up visits of 60 minutes are now available and bookable through the system (this ensures we can keep track of the frequency) . Please note the MAIN project area of focus and one secondary (if time allows, we can address the 2nd).

The following are all great reasons to book follow-ups:

"I came in with a shoulder injury, and I'd like to cup it until I have more range of motion."

"I'm holding outdated fear in my belly. I don't know how long it will take to let go of"

"I have chronic stress, and I would be able to come in with more frequency at a more affordable rate."

"My hips are always tight, and I'd like to try cupping them every week for a month."

I encourage follow-ups to be LESS THAN 3 weeks after the initial appointment. Each follow-up thereafter (3 max at this deeply discounted rate) must be within 3 weeks. Any sessions over 3 weeks out will return to the regular rate. Regular rates will return after 3 follow-ups are utilized. You are your own master! Follow up if you'd like. Follow up a couple of times. Whatever you choose, I'm here for it.
