Open Access is for members who are prescribed more training than their scheduled coached sessions. You might need a 3rd or even a 4th lift to stay on track. We want you getting that work done in the same environment your program is designed for so progress never slows down.

We are a coaching service first. Not a DIY gym. Every session here has intention behind it. Open Access simply supports your plan on the days we are not coaching you in person.

Life gets busy. Schedules change. Not everyone can add another coached session every week. Open Access gives you a more cost friendly way to stay consistent when things stack up. It is not equal to a coached session and it is not a replacement for coaching. It just keeps your momentum rolling.

Rules are in the post.

Getting started is easy. It begins with a goal review. If you have not had one recently, talk to your coach. During that review they will determine if adding another lift will move you closer to your goals. If it is a good fit, you will receive your access code or app login. Then you show up and complete the exact session written for you.

Cost is $75 per month. Enrollment is capped at 20 people. Waitlist will be implemented once filled, and we will add people in only when someone cancels.

Open Access is not a gym membership. It is an extension of your coaching. If you want more progress and less waiting around, comment ACCESS below or message us and we will walk you through your goal review to make sure it is the right fit.

Most people chase lifespan, counting birthdays while their body quietly breaks down.
But what good is living longer if you cannot move without pain, cannot sleep through the night, or cannot get off the floor without help?
