TOMORROW IS THE OFFICIAL START OF THE CHALLENGE TO WIN THE MINI TREADMILL. πββοΈπ₯
There will be 3 weekly challenges and you must complete them every day to stay in the running. Week 1 was submitting your goals.
Week 2 Challenge:
Walk 30 minutes every day. Take a picture during or after your walk and tag us in your story. That will count as your submission. πΆββοΈπΈ
Remember, part of this challenge is staying compliant with your meal plan or macros.
Log your meals.
Mark your macros in the training app.
