Ruth’s career reflects the kind of leadership this recognition is meant to honor. She began her journey with us at Astoria Park Senior Living, where she served as Wellness Director, building strong clinical teams and ensuring residents received thoughtful, high-quality care every day. Her impact there was immediate and lasting.
Today, Ruth serves as Executive Director at Villas at San Bernardino, where she leads with the same integrity, compassion, and accountability. She understands senior living from the ground up and brings that experience into every decision she makes, always putting residents, families, and staff first.
This recognition reflects years of hands-on leadership, steady growth, and a deep commitment to doing the right thing, even when it is not the easy thing. We are incredibly proud of Ruth and grateful for the leadership she brings to our organization and the communities she serves.
