💜 I'm Jenny, a reiki master, energy healer, and owner of Healing Hands by JVC. Here, I work with people and their energy fields to promote peace and well being inside the body to allow it to heal itself. Our bodies are really very smart and intuitive and know exactly what we need.

🌀I find that in the world today we (me included) are overwhelmed with all sorts of stimuli whether it be social media, television, work, gossip, repetitive intrusive thoughts, etc. that keep us in fight or flight. You can't heal when your body or your mind is going a million miles a minute. It must stop. Rest. Digest. Settle the inner spiral. Breathe.

🙌🏻 That's where I come in. Reiki is a gentle hands on energy healing practice. The word Reiki in Japanese (rei ki) means universal life force. I channel reiki through my body and hands and send the energy where it needs to go. It's a wonderful feeling for both the client and the practitioner as Reiki is the vibration of Love and Light. ✨️

🫆 Our bodies have many chakras or energy centers. Sometimes these centers can become blocked or overactive. I work with my client's to bring Harmony to their presence; when the body, mind, and heart are in coherence, the conditions for healing naturally arise.
I am so grateful and thankful that I get to do this work and work with some AMAZING souls.
