We've been through it here in the 'Dena, and now we are leaning in hard this March to help you experience joy with weekly Sun morning 8:30 am Hot Pilates and Mobility Pop-ups and added Yin and Mobility on our Wildcard Wed every week on Wed at 6 pm. Plus, now every Tues at 6:30 pm is now Inferno Hot Pilates.
Experience our full prescription of effective and bomb a** classes.

😢 It is hard to wrap our heads around the unimaginable loss to our community. The number of active HYP members who've lost their homes is up to 10 plus countless others.
I want to put names and faces to this tragedy in asking my worldwide community of studios to help where they can. I am both listing the 6 individuals and families the studio is focusing on helping with the top 4 listed, just some of the Black families impacted by this disaster. So many of our Black families have not only lost homes but their friends and families have as well, limiting their well of support.
There is a long history here of Altadena being at one time one of the few places Black families could buy homes and pass them down to their children. There is also a history of Black artists and creatives here.
These are all real families and individuals vetted by our studio owner. There is a link to a google doc as well as all stories and links posted below. In deepest appreciation for your help and support. Val and Team HYP- see google doc link in comments below
