We are hosting an open house event at our Fair Oaks clinic on the first and third Saturdays in November to assist with insurance enrollment.

We will be on-site to help with Covered California, California Department of Health Care Services, and Medicare enrollments!

We'll also provide free resources, including COVID-19 test kits, premium socks, raffles, and giveaways.

We are delighted to share a special video message from one of our ChapCare Gala Honorees, Congresswoman Judy Chu, a community champion for accessible healthcare for everyone.

As Congresswoman Chu says, ChapCare has been offering health insurance services to all the residents of the San Gabriel Valley since the ‘Affordable Health Care Act’ was created, making sure all families regardless of their socioeconomic background have medical insurance coverage.

Our Story

ChapCare provides a “one-stop” shop where patients across all lifecycles can access comprehensive primary health care services, including medical and dental care, behavioral health counseling, nutrition and health education, and prevention programs. With over 100 employees and 25 volunteers, ChapCare operates 3 health centers in Pasadena, 2 health centers in El Monte, and a mobile medical unit in the El Monte/South El Monte region. In 2012, ChapCare provided 47,557 medical visits, 6,316 dental visits, and 1,376 behavioral health encounters to 14,186 unduplicated patients.
