I’m still buzzing from last weekend. A week later and I’m still processing all of the transformation that occurred during and after our retreat at .

What an honor to hold space for such loving souls on our collective healing journey. It was a beautiful reminder that our reality truly reflects our inner dialogue, often shaped by limiting beliefs and survival patterns we’ve developed over time. While inner work and self-reflection are essential, healing flourishes when we’re embraced by a community that sees our wholeness and holds space for our becoming.

I was also deeply reminded of the powerful imprint mothers leave on our lives, and how their absence—whether through loss or their inability to be the mother we needed—can significantly impact our ability to embrace our authentic selves.

My experience further validates my purpose and passion to support women in healing their mother wounds, so they can live in harmony and alignment.

Last year, the Universe granted one of my deepest wishes—bringing together a circle of like-minded, magical, nurturing women who share my purpose of guiding others back to their highest alignment.

Among these beautiful souls is Ace, who has graciously invited us to co-facilitate the "Honoring All Mothers Retreat" next week. Ace began this annual gathering to honor her mother who transitioned over 20 years ago. My heart is overflowing with gratitude to stand alongside my gifted, intuitive soul sisters whose loving energy creates such divine healing spaces.

Together, we're creating a sanctuary of community, nourishment, and sacred healing. This retreat offers a space to honor every aspect of motherhood—celebrating and grieving mothers and children we've lost, relationships we yearn for, children we cherish, and the inner child within who has always needed unconditional love. What a beautiful day of healing at the office today. Spring’s emergence reminds me of the vibrancy and beauty that we all inherently possess.

We often forget our own magnificence, buried under years of negative programming and limiting beliefs placed upon us. These external voices become internal chains, fragmenting our soul and pulling us away from the present moment.

When we scatter our energy worrying about others’ opinions, ruminating on the past, or anxiously anticipating the future, parts of our essential self become stuck. This fragmentation prevents us from feeling whole and claiming our full, radiant potential. How can we be fully present when pieces of us are trapped in yesterday’s regrets or tomorrow’s fears?

We are almost home. We have been staying with family, while our home is getting restored from smoke damage. The last two months have been chaotic to say the least, but a lot of positive transformations are being born from this experience. We are already manifesting so much of our 2025 wishlist, getting clarity on questions that we’ve been pondering for years and learning life lessons that will change our lives forever for the better. I’ve also met some magical people along the way.

In session, I often discuss with clients how the path to their transformations can sometimes feel like chaos. We feel even more scared, anxious and overwhelmed right before a big leap of change is about to happen. When this happens it is important to be gentle with ourselves, acknowledge our progress, trust in the process and receive support as needed. The important piece is to keep moving forward.

We can’t stay stagnant forever. It may feel safe to stay still sometimes or avoid facing our fears, but it will prevent us from reaching or serving our life’s purpose. We may not have all of the answers immediately, but the Universe will deliver everything we need in divine timing.

Dear Community, My heart goes out to everyone affected by the fires. Thank you to everyone who has reached out to our family. We have safely evacuated and currently staying with family. Thankfully, our home is still intact. However, a lot of our friends haven’t been fortunate. We are praying that these fires will be contained soon.

We are grieving all of these losses. Staying in community has been healing for me. If you find yourself spiraling in negative thoughts and feelings, please reach out to others. If it is hard for you to receive support, please provide support so that you can alleviate the feeling of helplessness.

If you’ve ever received a session with me, please remember to use some of the grounding techniques that you may have learned in session. It is easy to forget, but you have a lot of tools. Tragedies like this can trigger old wounds.

To my fellow empaths and HSPs please remember to take care of you. You are probably using up all of your bandwidth holding space for others and feeling everyone’s stuff. Please take a minute to pause, breathe and prioritize your need even for just a minute. We need your light to stay lit.

I will only be available for virtual sessions in the meantime. I’ll keep you posted, since we are also staying vigilant.

In other news, I’ve updated my website! It’s been a labor of love learning to create a website. Sharing my story and how I serve others reminds me of how difficult it can be to show our authentic self to others and that receiving support through this vulnerable process is truly vital. So much gratitude for my soul sisters and Spirit who’ve encouraged and lifted me through this journey.
