For the last 6 weeks, our Wesminster fitness trainer, Cory has been leading an awesome group of CoreLife patients through training sessions preparing for the annual Hard Cider Run! Last weekend, this hardworking crew tackled the 5K race - running through a beautiful orchard, up and down hills, zig zagging through grape vines, finishing the race together! Today we're featuring one of our amazing patients... Vicki's been a patient with our Salisbury location since July 2017 and has lost more than 40lbs since then! Her motivation is to be there for her family and be active with her grandchildren. Her favorite part about the CoreLife program is that she doesn't feel deprived of foods because she has the knowledge and tools to work any food into her plan, within reason! She's an amazing example of how making changes each week helped improve her health and achieve her goals! Keep up the great work, Vicki!
