As if I didn't know already... "When people show you who you are, believe them." The embarrassment I feel when people I know are saying Renee Nicole Good deserved to be shot and killed in front of her wife and dog. I'm not embarrassed just because they said it, I'm embarrassed because I was shocked by their belief even though they have showed me who they are time and time again.

Merry Christmas. ❤️ I am definitely missing my mama today. She loved Christmas. 🎄 I'm sticking to the Morago family tradition making my great grandma's enchilada recipe. 🪇 I did the best with a family photo I could with my babies/ LaDue Menagerie. 🐶🐰🐰. Staying cozy today watching Christmas movies and making the "enchi's" for tomorrow!

I had a magical time doing this scribble meditation. When I finished I stepped back and was like this is the aura I hope I project to the world. 🧡✨

✨turn on some vibes 🎶
✨scribble for 10 secs with eyes closed.
✨let your amazing self shine by coloring in the shapes.
✨use a black marker to outline your scribble to make it bolder!

My clients really enjoyed this.

Repost So much changes when you loose someone. As I have said, I am not the same person after my mom passed. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about her. Please have some grace in your heart for those who are grieving. And if they have done something to upset you ask for clarity, talk it through, and forgive of you can.

🎨 Greg Ray For those of you still honoring Columbus Day today please do your homework. Columbus forced the conversion of native people to Christianity, used violence and slavery against them and created new diseases that caused serious long-lasting harm to Indigenous people. Honoring Columbus glorifies the exploitation and genocide of Indigenous people, who btw, were here in the US first!! When we celebrate Indigenous People's Day we open space for more truthful conversations about colonization, identity and justice.
