Repost So much changes when you loose someone. As I have said, I am not the same person after my mom passed. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about her. Please have some grace in your heart for those who are grieving. And if they have done something to upset you ask for clarity, talk it through, and forgive of you can.

🎨 Greg Ray For those of you still honoring Columbus Day today please do your homework. Columbus forced the conversion of native people to Christianity, used violence and slavery against them and created new diseases that caused serious long-lasting harm to Indigenous people. Honoring Columbus glorifies the exploitation and genocide of Indigenous people, who btw, were here in the US first!! When we celebrate Indigenous People's Day we open space for more truthful conversations about colonization, identity and justice.

Welcome to my new office at Rainbow Waves Therapy! 🌈 I am so excited for you all to see it! I just need to hang a few things and it will feel just like home. 🏡🛋️🎨🪁 This is such a big magical minute for me, a full circle moment. I am beyond proud of myself and extremely grateful for all the love and support to get to this point! Big thank you to my old CFC co workers for helping me pack up my office and move into this one. Your furniture putting together skills are 👌. Most grateful for all my friends just being there for me in these scary and exciting times! Mom, we did it! 😇🌈

Big news!
I am finally going to devote all my time to my private practice and am leaving The Center for Connection starting 10/01!

I have my own office in Pasadena that I am going to fill my interior designer dreams by decorating it magically!

I take Aetna, Cigna, and United Health Care through Hello Alma. Along with Lyra.

I will see kids 8+ and adult women who have been through trauma. I am EMDR certified through EMDRIA.

My practice is affirming all the things that MAGA hates. You will be safe with me.

Hi everyone! I have some exciting news! I am now seeing clients part time and online with my own private practice, Rainbow Waves Therapy starting June 1st!

🌈My focus is to help women who have experienced trauma using EMDR therapy. I completed my EMDR training through back in 2021. I will soon be certified by the end of June.

🌈I will also have a focus on the LGBTQIA+ population, grief, caretaker burnout, chronic pain and disability, and anxiety and depression.

🌈I will still be seeing clients at The Center for Connections with my focus continuing to be with children, teen and young adults who are neurodivergent, have anxiety and/or depression and/or trauma using, CBT, play and art therapy.

🌈In my private practice I will see a limited amount of California resident clients online only using Hello Alma's platform with Cigna, Aetna and Optum insurances. My hope is to see clients in person later on.

🌈I'm so grateful to be able to help some folks who can't afford cash pay and need to use insurance. Further down the road I'd love to offer sliding scale.

💜Thanks for all your support over the years! I started this account back in 2014 for many different reasons, some that no longer serve me. Even though Instagram algorithms have deeply impacted my reach, I have enjoyed connecting with so many people I may not have otherwise.
