Hello everyone welcome to our DSM page! My name is Rosa and i started a fitness club in my house. Me along with my amazing instructors as you see in the picture from left to right its Vee, me and Jackie. Here at DSM we offer an hour class of burning calories and having fun. This is a NO JUDGE place so no thought you will feel comfortable here to start your journey we also offer Herbalife products that will get you on the right patch for tour goals or if you just want to start a healthy lifestyle. Anyone is welcome to join us your first class is FREE so no excuses. Our schedule is Mon-Friday 8:45am & Mon-Tue-Thu 6:30pm. If you have anymore questions dont hesitate to ask.
