Peartree House Assisted Living is a homelike community that has 15 private rooms, a great room for dining and relaxing, a large screen television, and is owned and operated by 5 registered nurses. We take pride in knowing that we spoil our residents with love, kindness, and excellent care. Our residents are proud to call it their home.

Mother Nature pulled a trick instead of a treat this year and while our Trunk or Treat may have been canceled our residents are still brewing up good cheer and spooky smiles! Rain or shine, The Peartree House keeps the Halloween spirit alive!

Spirit week at The Peartree House! Pajama day, tie-dye day, and whacky tacky day all wrapped up with an End of Summer Carnival!! Thanks to our staff and residents for helping make these fun memories!

We were blessed to be a part of the Hospice of the Chesapeake open house today where we toured their lovely campus and learned about the wonderful programs and services that they provide to those in our community dealing with heartache, loss, and grief. They help people find joy and peace during incredibly hard times and we are honored to be partnered with such a wonderfully caring organization. One of our residents even made it into their promotional materials regarding the pet therapy services thay they offer!

As of today, January 10, 2025, The CDC is reporting the statewide respiratory virus associated hospitalization rate in Maryland is 10.2 per 100,000 residents.

The Maryland Department of Health recommends that staff and visitors wear a mask when the statewide combined weekly respiratory virus-associated hospitalization rate meets or exceeds 10 hospitalizations per 100,000 residents.

Please, if you are not feeling 100% or have been around those who are or have been sick, wear a mask when in our building.
