A little about me
I’ve been a licensed counselor since 2007 but working in the field of mental health and addictions since 2000. Although I’ve worked with individuals with a range of concerns, I excel with individuals who have anxiety, individuals in recovery, perinatal concerns, and trauma.
Personally I enjoy being in nature, relaxing with a good book in my hands while in my hammock, and being with family and friends.
