Vision For Enrichment is taking the world of athletics to a whole new level. From honing and developing not only one but several key aspects of a young athlete’s training process to providing opportunities and exposure for more experienced, professional athletes, VFE works hand in hand with each individual to help them reach their goals and dreams.

We can work on your body, and continue to address the pain, but we eventually have to get to the root issue. This is the difference in what we do here at VFE. There is a reason why we promote ourselves as more than just “massage”. We will explore and educate you on possible issues in your form or mechanics. Our last training, we worked with one of our clients that is a runner. She has had constant pain in her adductor and hamstring area. Normally, when there is a constant reoccurring of pain, then it’s usually due to a form or technique issue…..or a lack of awareness in body mechanics. That is the case most of the time. Does this sound familiar to some of you? 🤔💡

Community builds strong bonds. VFE is deeply proud to have Jessica Brizuela as our August Athlete of the Month. From dancing, to triathlons, to performing on stage as a harpist! Tragedy and comebacks! What an amazing story. Thank you for being an important piece of the VFE community. We appreciate you so much. 🙏🏼❤️

It’s official. We have finally made it through almost a year of ups and downs through this process of planting a location in the City of Artesia. An exhausting, but exciting chapter to unfold for Team VFE.

We will open doors for our services on September 1st. In the meantime, pump up the news, and let’s spread the word! All those that have been wanting us down by the LBC? You got your wish! Andres & David will be making the move to VFE Artesia. We will slowly build this team up. Finding VFE team members is the most challenging process of all. So do let us know if you know of any therapists that would like to join VFE Artesia.

Let’s put this on the grill to cook already. Rich will be providing sport specific bodywork at NELA Athletics weekly beginning June 2nd. That’s right!!! Every Monday from that date on from 2pm to 730pm. The schedule is available inside NELA Athletics.

BUT!!! Memorial Murph is coming up quickly this Monday! Rich will be available for some short demos and assessments from 7am until the gym wraps things up. Feel free to drop by to take part in the workout, and also meet the coaches & NELA Athletics community.

Over 20 years of growing & building a reputation that holds strong within several communities all of over SoCal. It’s not simple to maintain a strong team, and continue to develop our skill set to provide quality services. Team VFE strives on keeping our services transparent & as accurate as possible when relaying educational information to all of you, for all that you encounter in your sport. However, when we have a team member that is not on the same path as the rest of the team, and is also not valuing the reputation of VFE, and not keeping the individuals in our communities safe? Then there needs to be change and that person needs to go. There is no level of tolerance allowed when it comes to the safety of everyone in our communities.

That being said, let’s update you all on some changes we have made to our team. Some of you have met the 3 VFE Therapists above at a few events already. Tabare will be available in our Walnut location at after 10/25. He is on a little vacation right now before he start full steam. Tabare and Rich are the only therapists in Walnut. If you were a client of Alfonzo’s, please DM here or contact the number on our website so we can get you scheduled with Rich, Tabare, Ashley, Brian, David or Evelyn. Brian is already available at the Duarte location inside & Ashley is available at our Pasadena location inside !

We all look forward to seeing you all! Make sure to schedule your appears you start to build up in your training. Don’t let the soreness turn into an injury. Let’s go!

That photo says enough. “Global Running Day” never disappoints, and always brings so much growth in togetherness. Team VFE is forever grateful for each one of you in our SoCal communities. Thank you so much Richie and for this “Letter of Appreciation.”this letter truly is appreciated. We work hard as a team. Sometimes we get pretty spread thin as we get pulled in many directions to support several events & communities that request our services. However, we see the value in providing what we see is the best approach to helping athletes at all levels, and we want to bring that high level of treatment and support. We are constantly refining our craft to be ahead of the game & integrate our skill set with each sport in mind. Thanks to all that continues to be apart of the VFE community, and co to use to utilize our services. We appreciate all of you more than you know! Schedule to get those bodies maintained! 🙏🏼🫵🏼😊

This weekend is gonna be a packed weekend with lots of you doing last minute race prepping, picking up bib numbers, and dealing with race day mayhem for Rose Bowl Half Marathon! Had a last bodywork session with Jerry last night. To support Jerry all these years, and to see his process, and build up to race days is one that can never get old. So looking forward to Jerry getting out there again on that competitive edge, and getting ready to have 13.1 miles for breakfast this Sunday! It never gets old saying this, but it’s an honor to support you all these years Jerry. Thankful for all of the trust you put into VFE. To all the athletes that came through our VFE doors up to Rose Bowl Half Marathon race day….stick with your race plan, and leave it all out there! Team VFE is proud of you all! Let’s go!
