After welcoming Baby Girl Araksi and soaking up all the newborn bliss, Sako was able to visit his home site. He was accompanied by generous volunteers from Samaritan’s Purse, including our very own PTA Em. Volunteers with hearts of gold from Samaritan’s Purse help families sort through ashes to retrieve personal and sentimental belongings. It warms our hearts to learn that Sako was able to recover his wedding ring and class ring! There continues to be light and good in the midst of all that has happened. We love to see all the ways our community has come together. 🫶🏻🌲✨
