So our summer of 2020 comes to an end! First of all, Happy Labor Day! We will be closed but opening on Tuesday. When we all went into self quarantne all the gyms closed, 24 hours was cancelled, our office was empty. We redesigned ourself in 3 months from instituting telehealth with patients in isolation and we united as a family to stay in shape and make sure that GOMEZ PT stayed strong. As, you all know we reopened in June with all the new steps in place. Here is Aaron Gomez demonstrating his COVID journey that started in May of this year! He has lost 30 lbs. and built muscle as well. Aaron was an elite track runner at Loyola high school and the methods he used then to train he incorporated to our GOMEZ PT protocols and Arbonne Weight Program which just enhanced the journey. When you think of Physical Therapy you might imagine its all just massage, and passive. Its not. Thats just one tiny part of the whole that needs to be integrated to medical exercise therapy. Whether you have an injury or you want to prevent one. Trust us. Enjoy the tiktok video!
Thank you to all of you for observing the social distancing, the masks, hand sanitizing, temperature checks, etc.. We are excited to see COVID19 on the decline, but know that we need to continue with the NEW NORMAL! We have all been blessed so far to be COVID free. We have been on this journey with many people, close friends, patients, and relatives. Our 92+ dad is thriving and continues in self-quarantine. Little things that are making a difference for you and us on a daily basis. We have new additions to the gym for rehabilitation (treadmill, upright bicycle and privacy curtains).Of course, I have to mention the HALF RACK on the floor, hex bar, and classic barbells. This year is our 18th year! Thank you for all the good times and more to come! Dr. Julieta Gomez
