Let’s study some yoga! 📚
This is a longer class where you’ll learn how to structure a practice AND prepare for more challenging asanas.
We’ll focus on standing poses, strength work, and even backbends. Then we’ll practice restoratives, sirsasana, sarvangasana, and forward bends.
If you have a consistent practice of Iyengar Yoga, then this workshop is for you!
