Piggy pettin’, pea pickin’, and pic posing. A Fall day at Underwood Farms! Went out to see the pumpkins and had a very nice day petting some baby piggies, picking some fresh green peas, and posing on the big hay hill for some pics! It was a good fun-filled day for all. You should get out and enjoy the season with your family too.

The correct size and placement of implants makes all the difference! This is a 37 yr young woman who had poorly positioned implants and droopy breast skin from her prior surgery with another doctor. The implants were too high and too far apart. Dr. Max removed the old implants, placed new silicone implants closer together and more symmetrically, and then lifted the excess droopy breast skin. The results are more aesthetically appealing and compliment her much better. She now looks less "wide" in the chest and much more athletic and youthful. This is breast implant exchange and breast lift at its best! Dr Max loves to take on challenging surgical goals and prides himself on being able to achieve them. Off to work! Getting your electric skate on is one of the best ways to get your day going! Experiencing some great carving on the way to work is super fun and gets your heart pumping! Dodging cars and not ending up in the ER as a patient is a priority! Keep an eye out for Dr. Max shredding the tarmac! He’s not too hard to miss! How many plastic surgeons regularly commute to the office on an electric skateboard in a suit no less?! Dr. Max and Teleos Plastic Surgery are UNIQUE!

Nothing like some love’n from a Scottish alpaca! These cuddly cuties were more than happy to oblige. Their docile nature and silky soft fleece make for a wonderful hug and snuggle. They lower your stress and just make you happy - especially the babies. Wow! What a great experience. Get out and live life! As beautiful and scenic as it is here, I miss my team and patients. Can’t wait to see you all next week when I’m back.

What a day! And talk about a surgery “wardrobe malfunction!” Took an unexpected ice bath today after a couple of long hot liposuction cases in Arcadia Outpatient Surgery Center Operaring Room. The Air Conditioner failed at the center and I thought it would be smart to stay cool with a big ice pack taped to my back. Little did I know it would open up and drench me with icy water in the middle of the case! Suffice it to say I stayed cool despite the circumstances. It’s crazy the things we will do to achieve amazing results for our patients. Never give up! Never quit! Always give it everything you’ve got despite adversity!
