A revisit of this. And always the truest of things. We are ever evolving, growing, learning, becoming. When things get to the tight squeezy places within our journey of emotional growth and healing, we can often close up, stop the flow, run from the next level of truths and “be done”. But this is where the real work and effort make the greatest changes. This is exactly where you want to soften. Right at that edge. Soften. It’s where the magic starts to happen. It’s where the truly powerful parts of you emerge, ready to be witnessed and loved. I have used this thought when teaching my class too, when you get to your edge, soften. That’s where the most gorgeous of stretches and reach happen. Trust that soft place. Hold it lightly. Open to what is next ♥️🙏🏻
