Ailyn has a genuine passion for patient care and always maintains a positive attitude. She enjoys her role as a Medical Assistant at Taylor Plastic Surgery Center where she warmly greets patients, handles check ins, and goes above and beyond to ensure patients comfort in our office. Ailyn has a background in several different healthcare settings from Physical Therapy to now Plastic Surgery. She is enjoying her current role more than she could have imagined. Her passion for medicine will eventually lead her to pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Plastic Surgery. It is evident that Ailyn is not only dedicated and hardworking, but also highly motivated to provide quality care experiences to every patient that walks through our door. She is fluent in Spanish which allows her to assist Dr. Taylor with all of our Spanish speaking patients. With a Bachelor of Science in Asian Studies and Biology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Southern California, she combines her academic background with practical expertise. Fluent in intermediate Mandarin, she plays a crucial role in assisting Jennifer with Chinese patient coordination, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all. John graduated in 1998 from the MCP Hahnemann University (Drexel University) Physician Assistant program and received his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2002 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He also holds an Accounting degree from Rowan University and is an alumni member of the Pi Alpha National Honor Society.

He has built a practice based on providing his patients with unparalleled aesthetic procedures and patient experience.

Sheryl is the Scrub Technician for Taylor Plastic Surgery Center. She has worked in the medical field for over 18 years and has a true passion for helping others. She has been working with Dr. Taylor for 8 of those years. Sheryl especially enjoys the Plastic Surgery industry where her skills help both men and women with their pre- and post-operative care. She enjoys seeing the gratitude and satisfaction in patients as they undergo elective procedures, and finds it extremely rewarding to witness their new-found confidence.
