Owned and operated by Malcolm Boyd and Linda Relyea, our services include a range of in-home non-medical care services from daily assistance, to full time care for Alzheimer’s patients who require constant attention. We know because we have been through it ourselves, and were never entirely happy with the outcome. Based on our own experience, we decided to launch Golden Heart Senior Care – Pasadena, serving the San Gabriel Valley region. Our goal was simple – to build an agency that would provide the exceptional level of service that we wanted for ourselves and our loved ones but never found. We provide customized attention to you and your loved one, with a comprehensive caregiver selection process and a high level of care supervision to ensure that our service meets and exceeds your high standards. We can help with everything from a few hours of companionship and / or daily assistance to care for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients who require constant monitoring and services. Excellent care requires excellent caregivers. We hire caregivers who are compassionate, friendly and attentive, in addition to having the appropriate training, experience and certification, and passed through careful background checks. All of our caregivers are employees, NOT contractors, and we are insured and bonded to give you peace of mind. Once the caregiver is in your home, we do not stop there - we carefully monitor our caregivers to make sure that everything is going well and our clients are satisfied. For those who are arranging care for a loved one, we make sure to establish appropriate communication channels so that you can be part of the planning, and kept up to date on any developments, regardless of distance.
