A little bit about me....

My yoga journey began in 1998 when I took my first yoga class. I loved how the practice made me feel physically and mentally. I’ve been teaching since 2007, after I earned my 200 hour RYT through Shiva Rea’s Vinyasa Flow. I continue to be a student of this practice, taking workshops and continuing my yoga education. For me, the transformational and healing benefits of yoga were life changing.

The classes that I teach range from rejuvenating Restorative Yoga to invigorating Vinyasa Flow. I provide a nurturing environment for others wishing to explore yoga’s empowering benefits. I hope to see you on your mat where we will continue this journey together!
