I have been in the massage therapy business since 2005 when I graduated from Bryman. Though I really wanted to work in a Spa, I began working in 2006 at a Chiropractic office. I fell in love with the Therapy aspect of it and continued until 2009 when I was called to do other work. I returned to massage in 2012 when the opportunity arose to be "my own boss". I specialize in Deep Tissue but work to

the depth that is comfortable to you. I do not believe in charging extra for deeper pressure. Every person's needs vary from session to session and I work WITH you, not just on you. I work by appointment only. I do not accept walk ins. I am located in room 407 within Salon Republic

I debated sending something out without sounding too "political" considering what is happening.

While today was once a day to celebrate the freedom our ancestors fought so hard for, for the benefit of all of its people, millions find themselves fighting the very country that now jeopardizes that freedom.
Whatever side of the spectrum you find yourself on, I wish you peace, love and protection.

Stinks when days are slow. But,….in my rethinking and rephrasing phase of life, I’m grateful to have the opportunity to meal prep (especially when I have my daughter). Slow cooked carnitas in my instapot overnight, made some white rice and steamed carrots. I also made some agua de jamaica to chase it down.
Next up is making some homemade teriyaki sauce for the spare ribs in the fridge.

In my move this past weekend I found my deck of positive affirmations. My initial goal was to randomly pick one and listen to what the universe was telling me. Decided to start that back up. And to keep me in check, I’m sharing them with you. Today is a post. Moving forward it will be a story. I hope and pray that they be of great help to you in reflecting on yourself and learning to truly love who you are and the great things you can and will accomplish with that love.

Because Carver staff has requested me for their Teacher Appreciation Week festivities these last few years, I am going to raffle off one 60 minute session for every day I am there.

*Every time slot that was filled will be put into the raffle for its corresponding day.

*A bonus raffle will take place for those who were unable to take part in the chair massage sessions due to job duties and scheduling. I will get that list from the committee.*

*Carver staff, if your time slot on your day is chosen, you will have until May 15th, 2025 to claim and schedule your session to be redeemed by June 30, 2025. A perfect way to kick start your summer break!
Prize may not be transferred. If you win and wish to decline, please let me know asap so another lucky staff member can benefit. ❤️

Anyone willing to take these sweet pups. Sheba and Clea. Their owner recently passed away suddenly and they are in of a new home. They are attached to each other so it’s prefer they go together. They are very chill and non aggressive.
Current family housing them can no longer do so and they will sadly be surrendered to the pound by Sunday if a new home isn’t found.
If you’re willing to foster, great! They are located in Alhambra, CA
