World Healing Day is celebrated annually on the last Saturday of April, which is on April 25 this year. It is a day to involve ourselves in activities that promote the health of our body and mind; it is a day to love ourselves and take care of the health of others around us. World Healing Day began as Tai Chi Day, and later other holistic healing groups joined the day. This is a perfect day to learn and understand various forms of healing techniques.

College Student Grief Awareness Day is observed on April 16 this year. Every year, the third Thursday of April is set aside for this national awareness day created to recognize college students, their struggles, and the toll it takes on their mental health. According to statistics, at least one in every five U.S. college students suffers from grief or depression considering the constant pressure they face. This holiday raises awareness of that and encourages conversation on ways to improve the situation.
