Impact Treatment Programs Helping men and women recover from addiction issues for over 50 years. We're here when you're ready. Physically, Impact consists of several locations.

"Homebase" is a two and a half acre, beautifully landscaped facility in NW Pasadena. On the property we have accommodations for 135 residents, a beautifully maintained fitness center (thank you Massman Family), a little store, a library, an auto center for maintenance of our 30 vehicles, a conference center, a medical facility and a fully stocked building filled with clothing, shoes and hygiene products for clients. We have an outpatient/Drug Court program in East Pasadena. A Drug Court program in Los Angeles. A men's and a women's lock-up facility for men and women mandated to jail. And finally, we have three sober living buildings in Pasadena. Huge growth from the six person tract house in Sun Valley where it all begain.

This Easter, we’re putting together baskets for our patients at Impact Drug & Alcohol Treatment Center and reaching out to our community for a little help.

For many of the individuals in our program, this season represents a fresh start and a chance to rebuild their lives. Small acts of kindness, like an Easter basket or a thoughtful item, can go a long way in making someone feel seen and supported.

If you’d like to help, we’ve created an Easter Wish List as well as a donation link. Any support is truly appreciated. Please choose which method you’d like at the links below.

With gratitude and the mission in our hearts, we are proud to announce that Impact has, once again, been conditionally awarded the State of California’s Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) funding.

As the recipients of an award of over $5 million dollars, Impact will be able to construct a new facility and establish a beacon of hope in a community that is just starting to rebuild.

The Impact Altadena House for Women with Children will bridge the gap in care for a population for which there are not enough options for this kind of help.

Our deepest thanks to the Department of Healthcare Services, the Advocates for Human Potential, and the countless voices that have helped to amplify the work that we do here.

We look forward to all that is to come.

Impact Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center invites you to join us for a powerful two-day gathering focused on one of the most overlooked challenges in recovery and reentry: Post Incarceration Syndrome (PICS).

From April 22–23, we will be hosting the PICS Summit: The Impact Model at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, bringing together practitioners, researchers, law enforcement, and community leaders who are working to change what reentry can look like for people returning home.

Across these two days, the summit will explore both the unique problem of PICS, and the interventions that Impact Treatment Center has been able to successfully employ. Methods and directions that have, consistently, helped to redirect previously incarcerated men and women away from a life of endless recidivism.

Join the the conversation and become a part of a better path forward.

PICS Summit: The Impact Model is not a passive conference.

It is the answer to a few different questions.

How are we helping this particular population? How are we addressing Post-Incarceration Syndrome at Impact? How can we do more?

Every day at Impact, we work with men and women returning from incarceration who are navigating trauma, addiction, stigma, and systems that were not built for their success. PICS is real. The barriers are real. The need for coordinated, thoughtful response is real.

This two day summit brings providers, leaders, policymakers, and community partners into one room to ask the hard question and share real solutions.

If you work in behavioral health, reentry, housing, public safety, workforce development, or community services, this conversation belongs to you.

Join us at the Long Beach Hyatt Regency Hotel for this amazing two-day summit. Join us as we present The Impact Model.

Yesterday at the Impact 5K: Dash Thru the 80s something special happened.

More than 500 people showed up to a park not just to run, walk, or dress in neon and laugh together… but to stand for something bigger than themselves.

You showed up for hope. You showed up for recovery. You showed up for the men and women fighting every day to rebuild their lives.

To Representative Judy Chu, thank you for recognizing Impact’s work and for standing with our community. Your support reminds our clients that their recovery matters far beyond just our doors.

To Megan Holiday thank you for bringing your voice, your heart, and your energy to this mission. You helped share a message that recovery is real and that no one has to walk this road alone.

To The Skinny Ties, thank you for making sure that anyone that wasn't running was busy dancing.

And a huge thank you to the Pasadena Police Department and Pasadena Fire Department for helping to keep us and our amazing community protected.

To every runner, volunteer, sponsor, staff member, and supporter:

You didn’t just participate in a 5K.

You helped create a real moment in the lives of people who need to know that help exists, that community exists, and that their future is worth fighting for.

Yesterday was a reminder that when a community comes together, hope gets louder.

From all of us at Impact...
..thank you for helping us elevate hope and change lives.

The Impact 5K: Dash Thru the 80s is officially at capacity.

We are incredibly grateful for the response this year. What started as a simple run to support men and women in recovery has grown into something bigger than we imagined. Your support, your energy, and your willingness to show up for this community made this possible.

To everyone who registered, thank you for being part of this movement and for helping us send a clear message that recovery is real and the support for it is strong.

And to those who hoped to join, we are sorry we could not fit everyone in this year. We truly hope to see you at the starting line next time.

See you on race day. Let’s make it unforgettable.

Two weeks until we meet at the starting line.

Two weeks until the music’s playing, kids are laughing, and the trail fills up with people who believe in second chances.

The Impact 5K: Dash Thru the 80s isn’t just a run. It’s a reminder that recovery looks like movement. Like showing up. Like doing hard things together.

Bring your friends.
Bring your kids.
Walk it. Jog it. Run it. Stroll it.

This one is family friendly, beginner friendly, and full of heart.

Every step supports the work of Impact Drug & Alcohol Treatment Center and the people rebuilding their lives through recovery.

Let’s pack the trail with love and neon.

This isn’t a treadmill run.
This isn’t a flat sidewalk jog.

This is a trail.

Rocks under your feet.
Turns you didn’t see coming.
Moments where you slow down, catch your breath, and keep going anyway.

Kind of like recovery.

The Impact 5K: Dash Thru the 80s takes you through the natural beauty of Hahamongna Park, along real trails, real terrain, and real work. The kind that reminds you that strength is built step by step.

Because recovery isn’t smooth or easy.
It’s messy. It’s uphill. It’s worth it.
And it’s beautiful when you look back and see how far you’ve come.

Come ready to run.
Come ready to sweat.
Come ready to celebrate every hard earned step.
