Their mission is to redefine active senior living & lifelong learning, and tonight’s lecture topic was “Keeping Your Joints Young: What You Need to Know About Arthritis.”

I am so excited to be partnering alongside Todd Keitz, CEO of My Care Friends and Katie Seymour Ed.D, to launch a very special educational series.

It is called Women & Rheumatic Health: Invisible Battles.

Todd is not only an amazing collaborator and innovator, but he is also an extraordinary health advocate for his mother, who was diagnosed with Scleroderma in 2018.

Our series will include a wide range of topics and special guests, including patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and other individuals who will share actionable insights to help women (and their caregivers) along the rheumatic health journey.

Today’s episode, “It’s Not A Sprint - It’s A Marathon,” is the perfect topic to kick off this expansive series.
