Gentle reminder to self: show up for yourself even when you’re slowing down.

In the last few months I have had difficulty sticking to my routines. One thing I continue to tell myself is “to keep showing up even if you’re slowing down.” I’ve been trying really hard to stick to one of my routines even if I can’t stick to all of them.

To be honest, starting your routine won’t be the hardest part. It’ll be continuing to keep showing up. And to show up for yourself requires for you to prioritize YOU!

These steps have been helping me prime my mindset and begin to show up for myself and stay consistent!

Invite an intention and plant that intention inside you 💫

~ call that long lost friend
~ forgive someone - a parent, a child, a spouse, an ex, forgive yourself
~ smile at someone
~ text someone you’re struggling with
~ meet someone for breakfast
~ comment on someones page
~ treat someone to lunch
~ send a meditation to someone who’s struggling
~ buy someone a book that moved you
~ hug someone
~ pet your dog
~ laugh out loud where ever you are
~ let go of something you’ve been holding on to that no longer serves you
~ watch the sunset
~ meditate with a friend
~ hold someones hand
~ buy someone a cup of tea
~ check one thing off of your to-do list
~ smell a flower
~ hug a tree
~ rescue an animal
~ stand in the sunlight
~ oil your body
~ light a candle for someones who’s past on
