Sometimes we get so busy we forget about the most iconic days in our life, on this day my mother was born, she isn't here anymore, but I know she is here in spirit. I made something today that was one of her favorite meals without remembering it was her day...on this same day in 2023 I decided to open my business, I had found out I had 5 nodules on my thyroid so I said well i physically can't go to Florida anymore and I have got to stop all this traveling...so I started ordering everything I could to prepare for the opening of my business with that being said, we were going into the holidays and they couldn't biopsy me til the next year so everyone questioned what was I doing opening a shop while sick...I cut my days down and carried on this journey hasn't been easy but I'm grateful for where God has brought me and for the people who grace my business... So Happy Birthday to my Mom and to Aura Wellness the 3rd business I've owned....

The Laser did wonders I didn't do my right shoulder and it is hurting I honestly do so many massages I don't realize when I'm hurting but now that I have done the laser I can physically tell the difference I feel like I have a new left arm and the right side of my body is clearly suffering from over use....
