It’s been three weeks since we added our little man to the family! Big sis is loving her new role!

Thanks to all my clients who were supportive and flexible through my pregnancy, I truly appreciate your support. I am truly enjoying the newborn phase and the new family dynamic. However I am looking forward to getting back into the studio in the new year and seeing old and new faces!

I haven’t been crazy active here as life just happens sometimes!

However I wanted to make everyone aware of some changes that are coming to my schedule/menu in March!

1-Beginning in March, I will have set appointment times available, they can be used for a 60 or 90 minute sessions. These times are based on what work best for my work/life/family balance!

2- Currently my hours are Monday, Tuesday and every other Friday. This will not change, but there is the potential that I will add in Wednesdays.

3- At the end of the year I splurged on myself and bought an electric table. I am so excited as this really allows me to focus on my body mechanics and I am able to better serve each client individually. With this, I will not be able to offer mat Thai sessions. I am working towards offering a table Thai, which can cover all the same things as mat Thai!

4- My fusion massage (60 min Thai, 30 min Swedish) will now become a 30 min table Thai, 60 minute Swedish session.
