The longest day of the year is a reminder that we’re built for the heat, the hustle, and the harvest. This is our season—the season of strength, sweat, and rising with purpose.

May 12th - June 19th Spring into Summer Fitness Performance Challenge!
Nothing like enjoying Summer hikes, family volleyball & other outdoor experiences without getting out of breath!

This challenge will focus on Improving Athletic Performance, with a Nutrition Approach & Education on Insulin Resistance & Sensitivity.

Performance Assessments will test you in a Workout Test Combination that begins with Cardio (jogging/running), tied with a Strength Endurance Challenge, and finally another run.

We will then finish out with Flexibility Challenges where you will look to improve your Folding (Toe Reach) and Back Bending.

We will provide routines in class that will address strength endurance, your challenge will be to connect with classmates or by yourself to do cardio by way of hiking or running, and you will be assigned simple protocols for flexibility that you can do after class as part of your cool down, or do them at home.

Del 12 de mayo al 19 de junio: ¡Desafío de Rendimiento Fitness Primavera Verano!
¡No hay nada como disfrutar de caminatas de verano, voleibol en familia y otras experiencias al aire libre sin quedarte sin aliento!

Este desafío se centrará en mejorar el rendimiento atlético, con un enfoque nutricional y educación sobre la resistencia y sensibilidad a la insulina.

Las evaluaciones de rendimiento te pondrán a prueba en una combinación de ejercicios que comienza con cardio (trotar/correr), se complementa con un desafío de fuerza y ​​resistencia, y finalmente, otra carrera.

Terminaremos con desafíos de flexibilidad donde buscarás mejorar tus flexiones (alcance de los dedos) y flexiones de espalda.

En clase, ofreceremos rutinas que trabajarán la fuerza y ​​la resistencia. Tu desafío será conectar con tus compañeros o por tu cuenta para hacer cardio caminando o corriendo. Se te asignarán protocolos sencillos de flexibilidad que puedes hacer después de clase como parte de tu enfriamiento o en casa.

Garret is not on Facebook but find him on WhatsApp or give him a hi five in class, he passed his final exam this morning.

Officially certified MA Fitness Coach!

Garret is truly dedicated to Movement Practice, he has been with us since 2020, since then earned his black belt in Kenpo Karate, has since achieved 3rd degree black belt, and traveled to Thailand for 2 months to train in Muy Thai - furthering his education as a fighting athlete, and bringing more value to our community. We are very blessed to have such a dedicated individual, and loyal movement athletics fit fam member!
