New Services 💅

I’m soo excited to offer some fun summer body scrubs, cellulite reducing and more!

Also, I’m I am adding to my practice with FREE wellness consults and Inner healing.

Through my 9 years of helping people get healing, I’ve realized that there are three components to helping people achieve the healing that they are looking for.

1st: Our body is the one thing we can’t ignore (or for too long) the pain shows up eventually. Sometimes to the point that we can’t move. That’s where massage can come into play.

2nd: Our mind controls our body. Okay yeah we know that, but did you know that we keep pain from things happened to us trapped in our body or even unforgivness. Or just how our thoughts can change our hormones? It’s kinda crazy if you think about it.

3rd: Our spirit is one place we really don’t focus on. We think going to church or manefesting something is being spiritual, but not always. Our spirit is connected to our mind and body. So if your spiritual health is unhealthy it will throw the other two off.

I’ll be posting videos going over these three different areas and how we can improve them to be the healthiest version of your self! Feel free to PM me 🙂
