Got stress? 😟
Try any of these techniques to begin to slow the spin and allow your inner light to begin to brighten. These are a few simple tips that you can do anywhere, anytime:
💖 Visualize light shining from heart to another person near you
🚶 Walk slowly and mindfully, taking your time and feeling each step
🫁 Take a few long, slow, deep breaths (can do this anywhere, anytime!)
👣 Feel your feet on the ground, and picture them growing roots down into the earth
🤗 Bring a hand to your heart and surround yourself with love
It’s easy to get caught up in the looping swirl of stress - but just trying a few of these techniques will start to create calm no matter where you are or what is going on around you.
