- 4 frozen cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- ยผ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 ยฝ teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup finely chopped pineapple
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- ยผ cup chopped Cilantro, for garnish

- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Line basket with liner for easier clean up.
- Mix together the melted butter and taco seasoning. Brush on the frozen fillets quickly. Cook for 8-10 minutes flipping halfway through until cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Whisk together the sour cream, lime juice, honey, milk, and salt.
- Fill 4 bowls with ยฝ cup cauliflower rice, ยฝ cup coleslaw, ยผ cup chopped pineapple, 1 fish fillet, and some avocado slices. Drizzle with the honey lime crema and sprinkle with cilantro.

Johnโ€™s squat had plateaued. He needed a new challenge to break through.

He tackled "Smolov Jr" โ€” a 3-week, high-intensity squat program.

4 days per week, with back-to-back squat days on Friday & Saturday โ€” a real test of body and mind.

โ€œPhysically, the back-to-back days were doable with rest, but mentally it was tough to push through each set. By the final week, it got easier, and I could push even harder.โ€

Recovery was key: more sleep, stretching, and a 50% boost in carbs & protein.

โ€œDialing in those habits made all the difference.โ€

After intense physical activity a little "calming" breath work goes a long way toward helping your body and brain transition from a more sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight) back into a more parasympathetic nervous system (rest-and-digest).

After intense exercise and your body is in a "๐™›๐™ž๐™œ๐™๐™ฉ-๐™ค๐™ง-๐™›๐™ก๐™ž๐™œ๐™๐™ฉ" state:

๐Ÿซ - breathing is rapid and shallow,
