In Toddler & Preschooler Yoga, Music, & Movement we practice fun ways to access our breath. This game is simple to do at home.
You need:
•pom poms or cotton balls
•a blanket, scarf, or cup
Optional needs:
•straw
•music
How to:
1. Throw a handful of pom poms around the room.
2. Child gets on their belly and uses their breath to blow the pom poms onto a blanket, scarf, or into a cup.
3. For fun, Play a 2-5 minutes song and see if the kids can get all the pom poms in their designated space before the song ends.
