A compassionate and grounded Reiki Energy Healer and Master Teacher offering beautiful souls like you spiritual guidance, wisdom, and the deep transformation you are seeking. Working with the Reiki energy is part of my everyday life, both personally and professionally. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing people’s lives shift into a positive, lighter space after spending time together. Another part of my life is teaching Reiki. When I attune my students to the healing Reiki energy, I know that they will be forever changed by the gift of this gentle, yet powerful energy. The empowering attunements are often felt not just within the person who receives them, but expands out into their interactions with family, friends, and coworkers alike. It helps to start thinking about your health in a holistic way. Your body, mind, and spirit need to be balanced for true healing to occur. The Body – Typically you go to a doctor if your body is hurting. The Mind – Most likely you will seek a psychologist to help navigate your mind. The Spirit – If you’re looking to heal your spirit where do you go? That’s where Reiki comes in… It’s a Japanese energy balancing technique that starts to open all of your energy centers including your chakras, meridians, aura, and nadis (don’t worry if you haven’t heard of all of those!). People seek Reiki to help them understand what they are going through on a spiritual level. Earth Day Blessings to all who have chosen to be stewards of this beautiful planet. Let us continue to respect and honor our sacred duty to be conscious of our relationships with the land, waters, air, and each one of her creatures. We are not separate. We are one. This is our home. May we unite to consume and take less, restore balance and harmony, and reduce our footprint with the choices we make everyday.

Fun Fact: When I was in university I was president of the N.A.T.U.R.E. Club (Nova’s Advancement Towards Understand and Researching the Environment). We teamed up with the Surf Club to do regular beach cleanups, created campaigns to shed light on companies who were harming the Earth, assisted during a beached dolphin crisis, had a large campus Earth Day event in the quad, and every year took our members on a snorkeling trip in the Florida Keys to share our love of the coral reef habitats.
