Heed Fitness by Naheed Radfar is a multi-disciplinary approach to health, high level fitness, yoga, mind-body connection, body arts/body movement, core/calisthenics, plyometrics, gymnastics, acrobatics, acro-yoga, partner yoga, kickboxing, running, and high intensity metabolic/ interval training. We offer indoor and outdoor classes, private trainings, running groups, retreats and workshops worldwide, and nutrition, health and wellness guidance. Body work, myofascial release, massage and acupressure are considered prongs with as much importance to overall health as exercise and nutrition. Guidance to herbs and vitamin supplementation are similarly offered as part of our approach to wellness.

Such a cool shot taken by who just happened to have biked his way all the way from Canada! And this isn’t even his longest ride. So impressed by athletes of all types. We can all agree on the effect of movement to our mental health not just physical health. We spoke at length over the reasons why we do what we do. What is your why? It’s super important to identify your reason for showing up when you do. That will help breed consistency and a greater positive effect, going back to your “why.” I’d love to hear your “why!” My why is for clarity of mine, more energy, the massive endorphin boost, the confidence derived during and afterwards, and the long term health effects. Gone are the days of working out to look good. Truly, I do it because it makes me FEEL GOOD and it makes me a better person to others around me. I feel that I can impart that knowledge with others through encouragement, coaching, and positivity. Win win for all! Thanks Jesse, and ride strong and safe as you conquer the roads of the country! You inspire us all! 🙌 🚴‍♂️ 🔥 ⁉️

Quick note - it is my birthday on September 12th so I won't be able to teach my Saturday class, but I will be teaching it on Thursday at 9:15 AM. Who wants to come to help me bring in my new year of life?! You guys know me well enough to know that is my favorite way to start my new year :)
