Let's talk about skin for a second if that's okay with y'all.. as a teen I can remember worrying if eating things like mayonnaise or chocolate would cause me to break out. I remember hating how sweaty I would get on hot summer nights in Water Valley because I knew it was gonna make me break out somehow. These days I am way more aware of how my skin wants to be taken care of and I can confidently recommend these same solutions to the people I care about. Thankfully my girl reached out to me when she was sick of not having healthy skin and I was able to hook her up with some of my Yarrow | Pom blend. It has revolutionized her skin to be as beautiful as the day I met her over 10 years ago when we were just barely into our 20's! :)
