110 days.
No missed workouts.
But the most important thing I learned wasn’t discipline or motivation.
It was energy management.
Some days I went hard.
Some days I moved slower, lifted lighter, or focused on breathing and recovery.
I stopped asking, “How hard can I push?”
And started asking, “What does my energy allow today?”
That shift changed everything.
Consistency isn’t about forcing max effort every day.
It’s about showing up in a way you can repeat.
And here’s the part that surprised me most:
I’m always capable — just not always at the same intensity.
Learning that removed guilt, ego, and excuses.
It replaced them with awareness.
110 days taught me this:
Manage your energy, not your expectations.
That’s how streaks turn into lifestyles.
