Acroyoga Workshop

November 8th 12:30-2pm

Come be part of a movement, connect to yourself and others in a bigger then usual way. Your trust in self and others will be tested. However these workshops are designed to include everyone, using skills you probably have not done before. Eric designs these workshops in a container of fun, safety and support. Most people leave enlivened, empowered, and excited to share the gift of Acro with others. No experience or partner required.

Eric has been leading workshops all over the world for 12 years. Fueled by dreaming and taking action on his vision! He has hosted international retreats, led many yoga classes, men’s circles, coaching, and 1 on 1 sessions with clients. He has a background in thai massage and loves weaving the softer elements into the way we touch.

Investment: $33-$55 (pay what you can)
