In the thin-obsessed, fast-paced culture of chronic stress we live in, our nervous systems are off balance. That dysregulation interferes with hunger and fullness cues and can lead to bingeing, restricting, and other disordered eating behaviors. You are not broken, your body is trying to find a way to cope. Learning to regulate the nervous system is a core teaching in BFYB and the foundation of having a healthy relationship with food. Our Spring BFYB group will be held virtually for 8 consecutive Wednesday nights from 7pm - 9pm est starting on April 1, 2026. We would love for you to join us.
