I attended Public Schools 9, 25, 4 and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. After graduating, I joined multiple boards and opened up my first business. I married my beautiful wife Maria Eitel on December 2nd, 2000. After getting married, I briefly left Paterson, but decided to move back because I love Paterson and couldn't live outside the city that I grew up in and passionately love. I currently reside in the Hillcrest section of Paterson. I have one son, and two beautiful grandchildren. I am very passionate about public safety. To take crime seriously, we have to be willing to expand the conversation and not just say we need more police. I have participated in community policing and anti-crime groups and want to build a stronger relationship between the police and the community. I’m also a Current Member of the Paterson Green Team In the past, I served as a Commissioner on the UEZ (Urban Enterprise Zone) Board. I was the board's primary advocate for a better economic environment and to create private sector jobs through public and private investments. I also represented the taxpayers of Paterson when I was a part of the Paterson Taxpayers Association. I also remain a vocal advocate and activist for diversity and education equity for the children of Paterson. As a city councilman, I would work with my fellow council members to oversee a plan that outlines strategic actions in the areas of workforce and business development, education, health and wellness, public safety, youth development, housing, transportation, and urban design improvements for the revitalization and growth of Paterson.
