Let's give a big Turning Point welcome to the newest member of our team! Julissa Gil-Loaiza has nearly two decades of experience working in the mental health and substance abuse fields. In addition to her LCSW and LCADC certifications, she earned an MBA from Centenary University in management. As a bilingual therapist, Julissa has been essential to expanding programming everywhere she's contributed.

Julissa's career has included all levels of care, as well as 10 years of leadership experience. Prior to joining Turning Point, Julissa was part of the clinical leadership team for an out-of-home residential treatment facility for adolescents, where she oversaw the co-occurring program. That's why she's exactly the right choice to lead our Aspire program.

A self-proclaimed “soccer mom”, on the weekend you'll find her on the sidelines cheering on her two sons. 𝓦𝓮𝓵𝓬𝓸𝓂𝓮 Julissa!
