45 MDG Walk-In Contraceptive Clinic (Updated Hours): Tuesdays from 1300 to 1500, get all your contraceptive care in one place: the 45th Medical Group’s walk-in contraceptive clinic - Patients are able to start new birth control, change their birth control method, and get refills.

Phone lines at Patrick SFB are currently down.

If you need to schedule an appointment, you can come into the 45 MDG and go to Window #5.

If you need to contact your medical team, send a message through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal - https://patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil/

Once phone lines are restored, we will resume normal business operations.

45 MDG TRAINING DAY CHANGES: The 45 MDG will be closed for training every Wednesday from 0730 to 0930.
Active Duty Sick call will be 0930 to 1000 on Wednesdays.

45 MDG Pharmacy – Lobby closed, Drive Thru Open - 0730 – 1230 (Pick-up Only)

45 MDG Patrons

- Currently, all prescriptions are being filled at the Satellite Pharmacy location (east of Burger King).

- Drive-thru is for pick-up only. We will be happy to answer questions inside the lobby.
- Prescription wait times are extended due to recent staffing changes – General processing times - New Prescription Activations: 4-5 days, Refills: 1-2 weeks.

Active Duty Members get priority for *New Prescriptions* only.

- New Prescriptions/Renewed Prescriptions – can be activated through texting service – Q-Anywhere or In Person (No Phone Call Activation)

- Refills can be requested on MHS Genesis Patient Portal or through the automated system at 321-494-8739.
