Ayurveda, the knowledge of life, is a holistic system of medicine that focuses on lifestyle, diet and living in harmony mind-body-soul.

I discovered ayurveda at a time in my life when I was lost, suffering from alcohol addiction, feeling completely directionless and on the verge of having to move back across the country due to a failed engagement. Needless to say, it was a time of great sadness and suffering.

Ayurveda entered my life and it was as if a light had turned on within my heart. It filled me with purpose, love and a sense of peace I had never known.

Ayurveda has been helping me heal for 9 years. 9 years of letting go of old beliefs and habits. 9 years of welcoming in a new way of living a heart centered and healthy life. 9 years of balancing my doshas, eliminating toxins and living a sattvic lifestyle.

Ayurveda has gifted me a quality of life that is beyond my comprehension. Sobriety, motherhood, sisterhood, spirituality, and the list is abundant. Life is abundant today.
